It is always our endeavour to provide efficient, reliable and high quality mail, parcel and related services understanding and fulfilling customer's needs. However, it is but natural that somewhere for some human, operational failure to take place and to affect the services being rendered by the Department. We fell the sentiment our customers to such failures and their reaction in the form of a complaint which will promptly be reacted to with the introduction of suitable correctives.

Where to lodge the complaints?
Complaint of any nature be lodged or addressed to the Director Postal Services, Aizawl –796001, Phone-0389-328024. Fax-0389-328641.

It can also be handed over to the Postmaster of the office where the article is booked or posted. In this case your complaint will be forwarded to the Director Postal Services free of cost by the Postmaster.

You can also record your suggestions or complaints in the Complaints and  Suggestion Book which is available at the post office or request the Postmaster to access to the complaint and suggestion book.
